Just starting to dip my toe into Thaumcraft. One is above the elevator on the Victory Monument floor, another is embedded in the ceiling of the Spacial Storage area. They grow best on Ender Cores, which there are a few of scattered about. I think they teleport outside and fall to their deaths or something. If you find any ender-lily seeds, you should start growing them immediately since endermen never seem to reappear. I'm down to about 4 or so of the trophies to find, and I've found a use for the (seemingly) ten billion 1k drives down in the biosphere: the empty ones I don't need, I can just dump in the chemical deconstructor, and I can use the resulting silicon and oxygen to make cobblestone. But I did find that drive with the polytools, which is nice in not having to worry about tools breaking or having to carry a bunch of different tools for various things. Not that I've gotten far enough to use it yet. Those ones go in the huge spatial area that's outside at bedrock level, not the observatory-accessible one.

hosed around in the bedrock zone while watching Naked Gun before and found a couple of weird 128x128x128 drives that don't seem to do anything (one that's called Corrupted found at 0,0 another called R-38) when loaded (for a brief moment I thought I'd hosed up the power generation somehow by having my first solar generator pointing at the ME controller), dunno what's up with them?
